Did you know Christmas is ONLY 15 weeks away?! Which means you have about 105 days and the hype will all be over quicker than you can say ‘Rudolf the red nosed reindeer’ 🦌

Why am I telling you this? You need to get your shiz together, STAT!

What does this actually mean? You need to think about everything you have going on that will allow you to maximise sales in this period. What marketing activities have you got planned? Are you participating in any events? What’s your social media strategy? Content plan? Do you have enough stock? Are you ready for 2020?

✨ You need to start building momentum now. If you haven’t been consistent in your marketing recently now is the time to start getting back on top of things so you’re back on top of people minds.

✨ Get your content calendar sorted and start working towards Christmas

✨ It’s a busy time in every sense of the word, are you thinking about running any Facebook or Instagram Ads? If you want someone else to do it for you, agency spots are filling, fast! 

✨ Is your website ready? Update any artwork / graphics that need to be created with new imagery and product to help drive sales

✨ Are you driving people to join your mailing list? And are you emailing them and letting them know what you have available?
