I know, I know… If you’re not familiar with these practices and you’re not doing them it’s super easy to insert a big fat eye roll here and move onto the next post - but hear me out, there is SERIOUSLY something to it.
Meditating (and hypnosis) allow you to move beyond the critical and analytical brain (the conscious mind) and enable you to tap into your subconscious mind - where all your automatic thoughts, behaviours and habits are stored.
Here’s a few of the incredible ways meditating, hypnosis and journaling can improve your everyday:
💭 When we tap into our subconscious we can literally tell it anything we want it to believe and you will soon begin to reprogram your mind.
💭 If there is something that you’d really like to achieve, meditation or hypnosis is mental rehearsal for the brain. It changes the brain to make it look like you’ve already done the thing so when it comes time to actually doing it - it remembers the behaviour it rehearsed and enables you to take confident action.
💭 Positive mental images can improve your mood, outlook on life and overall happiness.
💭 Sitting down and visualising your future, what you want it to look like, who you want to be, what you want to be doing helps us to set our intentions, when we’re clear on what we want, knowing what actions we need to take becomes a lot clearer.
